No amount of incentives* will get these condos sold.

*except giving up on a government bailout and just reducing the prices to the market's level.

I’ve been seeing reports by certain institutions that declare the US a “flawed democracy”. It’s actually not a democracy at all.

Trump and Bessent clarify that they will only help out Argentina as long as Milei is in power. Trump adds that the same thing goes with NYC, where the White House will hold up funds if Mamdani wins.

Netanyahu committed a genocide, Trump and Biden, Starmer and Trudeau, Macron and Merz - they're all complicit. Very few Western nations did not openly support a brutal and undeniable genocide here, and I still think that it signals the end of Western power on Earth for a long, long time.

Israeli ceasefire means it will massacre the emaciated maimed shell of a body they left you in for entering your own home, then claim Israeli terrorists were feeling unsafe near your house while they were destroying what was left of your life and family.

Grid scale batteries are changing our electricity system. Excellent new visual story on batteries in FT today shows just how far this technology has evolved.

Fasten your seatbelts, this is just the beginning.

Explain to me why “conversion therapy” is banned in 28 countries and ABA is not, when they have the same creator (O. Ivar Lovaas) and utilize similar if not identical principles, techniques, and goals (forced assimilation).

Autism $peaks is the largest and most popular Autism organization (among allistics), who continues to be 100% in support of ABA. They have lobbyists who push ABA as the “gold standard Autism treatment.” It utilizes same practices as “conversion therapy,” which is currently banned in 28 countries.

ABA (Applied Behavioral Analysis) is the “gold standard” of “treatment” for Autism, and was created by the person as “Conversion therapy” (see Lovaas) with similar techniques and goals. It’s torture that continues to have widespread support and acceptance.

Hiring is at the lowest level since 2009, when the U.S. economy was still in the middle of the financial crisis, per CNBC.

This is what an AI-era adjustment looks like.

Businesses are now rethinking how many jobs are really needed now that AI is cheaper than hiring actual people.

“if they miss the mark, if they come up with recommendations that are factually incorrect or based on the wrong data, i will be personally filing an amendment to correct those discrepancies, and then we'll vote on that as well, and then it will pass,“ he told the crowd.

Canada has the same problem with the NDP.

And yes, I blame this on the late Jack Layton. He moved the party to the right, and now it's worthless.

The Democratic Party hates progressives, and actively works and schemes to keep them from winning elections, and blocks them from leadership when they do. This is why they lose!

The way everyone in a position of power in the government and at Canada Post refuses to entertain any of the proven methods that have saved other post offices and made them profitable is pathological.

How would they be behaving any differently if they were actively trying to make Canada Post fail?
