Absolutely. I remember a "conversation" about balance issues where I mentioned that during severe attacks it's impossible to even sit up in bed. They were like "but you can get up and dress and feed yourself okay, right?" What part of "cannot even sit upright" isn't clicking, Karen. 😅

It's such a dumb question. Why wouldn't disabled people develop muscle where they can? Like, do they know how hard it is to pick yourself up, or lift yourself into/out of chairs, or do literally anything when not fully able bodied?

The irony bring that "curry" and "kebab" as she's referring to were invented by the British. Literally, most common curries here are weak ass british curries, and doner kebabs are an entirely British variant on a German food.
