Tapper had a data expert on his show from the Soc Sec Admin who quit over concerns about data security. Jake continuously mispronounced the word data, as the expert continuously pronounced it correctly, which is “day-ta”. As a retired data engineer, this drives me nuts.

It seems like a distant world now, but in ‘89-92 when I worked as a bike messenger in Washington, DC (mostly for the CBO) I delivered packages to the security desk at public entrance of the East Wing. I always found it a thrill that the White House was so accessible. Gone now.
