I made this through the super scientific process of looking for people who had rainbows and locations in their bios until I got to the bare minimum number of people needed: please help me expand it! go.bsky.app/8XZ2aJ2

Here's a gift link to the New York Times' coverage of the initial Tea Party rallies in April 2009 which inspired the media to treat it like a massive movement.

Check out how tiny the crowds were:

Philly: 200
DC: "several hundred"
Boston: 500
Austin: 1,000
Houston: 2,000

successful to the point somehow the jokes were about the Clintons killing him *while* he was under the care of Bill Barr and Trump
I really thought someone else would post something like this first!
yes, that's the letter being replaced ☺️
I'm a little surprised the concept wasn't censored by the AI video service. I know they're not putting many guardrails on nowadays, but rendering people sprayed with "mud" or "milk" seems like a pretty basic restriction.
I have a bit more sympathy for the standards people than most seem to be expressing, like "people getting sprayed with shit" is an obvious red line for everything from YouTube to broadcast TV to mainstream porn sites. Yeah, there's no "what if the president posts Two Girls One Cup" policy on hand.
you know how you can't disable the shutter sound on phones in Japan? should probably be the minimum required here

So what the president's 22 year-old Nazi minions are saying is they want him to be a king who goes to battle like most kings do: shitting himself to death before even seeing the other side face to face.
all the easier to deem it void ab initio
genuinely insane to see an american presidential administration openly embracing the trappings of monarchy

It is a scandal totally unprecedented in history that the Vice President has shared a video depicting the President as king. It’s an obscene violation of every founding American principle.

And nothing will come of it. It makes me physically sick.

I don’t think they understand, at all, that this isn’t a Young Disgruntled Left thing — the boomers are mad as hell.
