Manchmal braucht es auch einfach keine Worte ❣️ #weltwilmaschaft

1. Wir werden nie alle einer Meinung sein oder das gleiche wollen. Müssen wir auch nicht. Wir sollten aber lernen, Unterschiede, Unsicherheiten und Ambiguitäten auszuhalten

2. Wir sollten verstehen, dass eine Person meist nicht für eine Gruppe spricht, sondern oftmals nur für sich selbst (das sollte übrigens auch die sprechende Person begreifen)

3. Wir sollten erfassen, dass es oftmals nicht um Einzelne, sondern um die Veränderung von Strukturen geht

4. Wir sollten darüber nachdenken, dass Verzicht nicht immer negativ ist, dieser sich am Ende sogar auszahlen kann. Zudem sollten wir anerkennen, dass Regel zum Zusammenleben notwendig sind, auch wenn sie uns nicht immer gefallen

5. Wir sollten auch mal fünfe gerade sein lassen. Nur weil sich jemand nicht perfekt ausdrückt, ist das kein Anlass ihn mit nem Didaktik-Kurs zu überziehen oder ihn sofort in eine Schublade zu stecken

6. Wir sollten akzeptieren, dass nicht jeder zu allem seinen Senf dazu geben will, nur um auch mal was gesagt zu haben

7. Gleichzeitig bedeutet Schweigen nicht automatisch Zustimmung.

8. Wir sollten den Unterschied zw. Eigenerfahrung und kompetentem Wissen erkennen und dies bei Diskussionen berücksichtigen.

9. Dazu gehört, dass jede*r seine eigene Meinung haben kann, nicht aber seine eigenen Fakten. Was wir aus den Fakten machen, kann je nach Perspektive/Status wiederum zu völlig anderen Schlussfolgerungen führen. Und MEINUNG ist NICHT = HALTUNG

10. Wenn jemand ausschließlich Stuss erzählt, provoziert und auf ihrer Seele rumtanzt, stehen Sie auf und gehen...

Und wenn hier jemand mit Unterstellungen, Beleidigungen, Häme und Co agiert, sorge ich widerum dafür, dass die Person geht. Meine Timeline, meine Regeln, meine gezogenen Konsequenzen.
Damit beschränke ich übrigens nicht die Meinungsfreiheit. Und einen Zuhörzwang gibt es glücklicherweise nicht.

Speaking for all physicians and healthcare providers here. When we see patients in need of care especially in an emergency room we do not leave them for dead. We do not care about their immigration status, we treat them because that is what we took an oath to do and is also basic human decency.
