Haven't seen it reported yet and this is obviously unconfirmed but someone working at the hospital told me the victim is a young boy and that police locked down the hospital afraid he was coming up there to look for the victim. Horrible stuff.

You'll laugh when I say this, but I knew that from "Law & Order" reruns. Most of the murders on that show were charged as second degree because first is charged only in certain circumstances.

It's also because of that show that I know superior court is called "supreme court" in NY.
