This is an extraordinary #poem, both personal & universal, the best kind. "They call it broken heart syndrome, spawned by intense trauma or sorrow..." Achingly tender. Who isn't feeling intensely, traumatized and full of sorrow these days? Worth pausing to read. 👏❤️

Listen and repost. Keep going.
Amid these dark moments, something important is beginning to shift.

It's clearly the result of healthy political pressure - which we must sustain, and build.

I appreciate those out there protesting at great risk to their lives however i think the nation needs to grind this economy to a dead stop.
It's something everyone can do safely. No spending on ANYTHING but absolute necessities.
I understand some shut ins can not do this but very many of us can.

Minnesota National Guard members have arrived at a federal building and were directed to distribute donuts, coffee, and hot chocolate to anti-ICE protesters. Guard members were issued reflective vests so they would not be mistaken for federal agents.
