I assumed it was just a hairball, and given his fast recovery I'm sure that was it, but he doesn't know that, and yes, it's worrisome to me, too.

I can't decide if it's a positive milestone or merely proof of a lot of wasted time! But, keeping the old brain sharp is probably not wasted, at this age.

Good morning. He seems OK now. Had a nice rest before trying breakfast again, but has now had second breakfast and is feeling feisty enough to bat a toy around the house.

Yes, in the end mom is safety and comfort. He has recovered and is currently batting a pipe cleaner toy around the house.

Good morning. This is the second begging session, or possibly third since he got me out of bed by being a brat for his breakfast. Then there was second breakfast. He's not at all spoiled.

Such a sweet beggar! He suddenly stood up in his basket with a little meow and came right to me. Hungry? Not a chance. I suspect he thinks it's time for his Churu treat. He'll probably win, but not quite yet. #WhiskersWednesday

That's what I was thinking, but I'm terrible at identifying plants. They were hanging in big clusters and it was just breathtaking. I was on foot and they stopped me in my tracks!

I spotted these gorgeous pink blossoms on a few trees in one obscure block in Eugene back in May of 2023. Not sure what they are, but they were showstoppers. #AlphabetChallenge #WeekPforPink
