Today I received FOUR death notifications for people in ICE custody. That's 30 deaths since Trump took office. It's appalling & unacceptable.
ICE is required—by law—to ensure detainees are safe & their basic needs are met. It's clear this isn't the case. We NEED answers.

Although tightening gun & hate speech laws is welcome, it’s hard to draw a line to how they would have stopped the Bondi shooting.
The shooters were Australian citizens.

Australia has a glorious history of protest marches. Pressure brought to bare helped end the Vietnam war, the Springbok tour, hell, even the right to march in Qld. They sadly don't all end with success e.g. the illegal US invasion of Iraq, but impinge on our right 2 march at your peril Chris Minns.
