Flashback Feb 2022 - GW unveiled the Serpent Scale for Aeldari Guardians with retro callback to the original epic Wave Serpent. I loved it and had some of those metal old bits... and so I made a couple of "old school" versions. 😎

Got the Aeldari figure from Warhammer+ just to immediately commit heresy and put it on a more playable base! 😂

Also picked up the ranger figure from the Blackstone set because it is lovely. Hope to find painting time soon...

That series is so pitch perfect in tone, an absolute masterpiece.

Except for the rock songs. Worst fucking music choice in a TV show since the Faith of the Heart shit (and honestly, these music choices are even worse than Enterprise).

But otherwise? It's so goddamn amazing!

I went to buy the ltd edition Necron novel and NOTHING indicates it is sold out. Let's you go through the whole purchase process before cancelling your order AFTER final processing to tell you there is insufficient stock

Couple of other odd bins - OLD games workshop slotta bases (more modern bases I keep organized in drawers) and just other super random mostly non-GW stuff.

The bins are old Chessex dice displays from the hobby shop I worked at in the early 90s.

Most of the metal in the large bin is pewter (the slightly yellowish metal), but some of it is old school lead as well - especially all the old epic scale titan bits!

I once dozed off with the controller in my hand and woke up almost 15 minutes later, STILL alive - apparently progressing through the game via muscle memory while not entirely conscious. 😂
