I actually started the two flamers guy around 20 years ago, but did not finish him off until a few years ago when I got the guitar strings and Salamander bits, which is when I built the rest of the squad to go with him.

Finally... I held onto this old Dark Elf Man O War ship prow for AGES, wanting to someday build a jetbike conversion around it. Finally made this Autarch on a Skyrunner last year - just in time for GW to remove it as a codex option! 😭

Couple of other odd bins - OLD games workshop slotta bases (more modern bases I keep organized in drawers) and just other super random mostly non-GW stuff.
The bins are old Chessex dice displays from the hobby shop I worked at in the early 90s.

Obviously, a few details got changed around between initial plan and final execution, such as dropping the jetpack early on. And then replacing the shoulder pads for Salamander bits when I finally came back to the project.
