I really hate that FNAF developed a reputation as a "jumpscare game", as it's always been the anticipation that allows its horror to work. the jumpscare is just the breaking point of the built-up tension and is a punishment for losing rather than something the game throws in your face at will

seeing the new FNAF movie tomorrow (technically today). I have heard very polarizing things but all I'm hoping for is that Henry and Charlie are utilized well and Mike & Abby continue to be cool

also FNAF3, how did I forget the one that introduced the concept of SPRINGLOCKS into the series? jesus christ, everyone in any field of expertise related to these restaurants should've gotten them all shut down ages before they actually did
