My guess: the remains of the legitimate DoJ and FBI are ratfucking the current corrupt leadership by forcing them to confront the crimes of Jan. 6. The prosecutor who secured this indictment also got convictions of the Proud Boys that were later overturned by Hair Furor. Eat this, Bondi and Patel.
