I was fortunate enough to take my cat to the vet thanks to someone kind
but had not raised enough to get blood tests
and he's sick again
and I still need to pay overdue rent
and they're going to shut off my electricity next week

People take permission from what the people they look up to and support do. When a Vtuber the size of Zentraya uses Right Wing terminology like "Snowflake" and "Woke" you can be sure the worst parts of twitch will take that as permission and you will see these terms used more by randos in chat.
This is a good reason to block the term "snowflake" in your twitch chats.
