Google at its peak was basically the best information retrieval system in human history and they and every competitor decided going from there to “you didn’t want answers you wanted half-assed auto-complete 80%-wrong hallucinations” in a few years was the right idea

Completely aside from the fact that you should be boycotting both of these companies, isn't Frozen Hot Chocolate just...chocolate milk?
Beginning Monday, a Frozen Peppermint Hot Chocolate drink will be available exclusively at Starbucks cafés inside Target stores.

The chains are hoping the drink can drum up excitement from customers this holiday season.

Hold on just a bit longer and Power Grid will happen. In the meantime, I recommend petting a cat. Hope you feel better soon.

The Ravens just faked a Tush Push of 4th and short and scored from the 25. Only against the Browns.

It has rapidly become clear why not even the Browns have been willing to play him this year.

I agree that they deserve this year, but they did finally cut ties with Watson so maybe they can just be mediocre next year as a treat.

Happy 59th Anniversary to Manos: The Hands of Fate. One if my all-time favorite college experiences was watching this with a group of friends in the newly-built on campus theater.
Kitties also love #ManosDay!

Why? WE DON’T KNOW. They just do, judging by this photo.

Are you celebrating with your pets today?

A Sharon Begley byline, almost 5 years after her death.

Upon hearing the news James Watson had died, a STAT reporter said in our Slack, "I wish I could read what Sharon would have written."

Incredible news: Sharon in fact did pre-write a Watson obit. And it is masterful and excoriating.
