In fact, I’ve got a post about this coming up. You cannot harness the chaos of creation with a spreadsheet. Serendipity can’t be engineered beyond a certain threshold. But you can use diversity and inclusion to accelerate innovation exponentially. These selfish goobers missed that memo.
