I believe the third circuit will post it on their website this afternoon or tomorrow. Im waiting as well.
I must have missed the evidence (not snark) that the building was closed because of protestor violence and not pretext.
Huge scene. I did community theater with people who had been pros/national tours. Big benefit of being in the community!
Was absolutely the best chess educator out there and created tons of great content. Also seemed like a genuinely decent person. It was tough to watch him struggle with all of the drama over this past year. Really sucks that he is gone.
This is torture. Naroditsky was perhaps the best chess educators ever. He had been posting seemingly healthy a couple days ago and then all of his Twitch streams were deleted. My heart goes out to his family

Do you know if third circuit youtube streams are put up by the court later? i was hoping to listen later today.
The liverpool loss broke me. Cant imagine also being an eagles fan and watching Wentz mount a comeback.
Slot is out of leeway. You can't try to install almost an entirely new starting 11 *and* a new style. Szobo, Chiesa, and Grav only people playing well and two of them are forced to play defense for half of every game and the other cant get on the field.
Against the worst united team in decades.
100% agree with you there! I also sorta blame this on the rise of originalism. Not that most flavors of originalism demands this but it inadvertently has popularized the idea that something can't be part of the constitution unless hamilton had thoughts about it.
The court can be changed without them though and i think that can go a long way toward change.

But also I think amending a constitution is generally a good thing and its kinda crazy the US hasn't done it in so long.
I.e. I think he thinks overturning chevron *is* making congress "work" better.
I think that's because your definition of "work" is (i assume) "allow congress to address the issues of the day in a timely and effective manner" and his definition is "force congress to do as little as possible".
Much more a "I felt I was being ordered to commit crimes abd instead of complying I resigned" op ed in the Times sorta deal. Followed by congressional testimony.

A main organizer of VC Defensa in Ventura County was rammed in his vehicle by federal agents and taken into custody this morning. This video is from VC Defensa IG and shows the ramming. Organizers are thinking he’ll be taken to LA MDC—headed there now
Omg I *still* say popzão everytime I see a cop. Every. Time.

The goal shouldn't be to set everything back to the 2015 status quo.

FIX THE DAMN PROBLEMS THAT WERE EXPLOITED
how is he gonna get a ticket?
Oh I definitely think they have value, I just think they are less important than getting the result and retiring on time.
90 minutes in and I'll make the "bold" decision that the court rules 6-3 for petitioners and effectively says "section 2 still stands, but you must apply strict scrutiny and that's impossible."
Scotus reform has to be part of that long term plan or im afraid tge rest is for naught.
I'd definitely be in favor of financial disclosure post retirement
Every major paper seems to have a dedicated beat for both (1) why universities are bad, teachers are indoctrinating our youth, and "kids these days" and (2) here's why conservatives actually have a point about social issue X that young people seem to care about.
I dont think its hard to see the lefts distrust either: an insistence to stay in the middle rather than tell the truth, the pet right wing projects of most papers, the right wing management, the "fact" checkers, the platforming rather than reporting, etc.
