I can’t remember where it was reported a while back that CFR has eight members. But they were hopeful of adding more, theoretically they could have almost a dozen people now.
Let’s do this, comrades.
Would be hilarious if a bunch of communists hijacked "Chicago Flips Red"
Letting people know what team I’m rooting for.

I have paper view. I read about it in the Sun-Times the next morning.
I don’t care if Bertuzzi tipped it. That’s Teuvo’s goal. That’s how I’m scoring it in my heart.
I think we can get the Pope to excommunicate anyone who has ever tried to argue Mark Grace was better than Frank Thomas.
Someone in the crowd: “Go Cubs!”

Pope Leo XIV: “Han perdido! They lost!”

As Mayor Brandon Johnson prepares to give his budget address Thursday, one idea should get tossed aside: eliminating Chicago’s mounted police unit.

I’d maybe go:
OTW
Thriller
Dangerous
Bad

Obvious bias to the early stuff. Dangerous very underrated because the hype maybe overtook the product, but it maybe has a less dated production sound. Biased against bad because maybe the best song, “Leave Me Alone,” wasn’t on the original release.
Yeah, everyone thinks it’s Thriller, but I think Off the Wall is the best MJ album.
With the talent the Bears had in the 80s, if Ditka were a great coach they’d have won three Super Bowls.
Drabek probably falls in the sweet spot of being well known enough to get the casual votes and distant enough that hardcore fans reach for an old favorite trying for a low rarity score.
Mostly just surprised because there’s a recency bias, especially the 1-game category. Glad he’s getting picked. Drabek for Pirates fans is probably like Jack McDowell is for Sox fans.
That’s a stunning amount of Doug Drabek awareness with him getting 4 percent.
The Brits deserve it.
That and The Fighter came out in 2010. He did a forgettable but OK comedy Date Night with Tina Fey and Steve Carell that year, too. Wasteland ever since.
At least he has two big rolls of toilet paper.
Wickline rallying! In lots of stuff the second half of an episode that didn’t have any fall-off.
The Rudesons was a very mid-2000s type of sketch. Was only missing Jimmy Fallon breaking during it.
Nice evening run before settling in to watch some baseball.
Sunset over the prairie. My dusty shoes crushing some fall leaves on the edge of a prairie trail.
Thanks. Saw Neil last month, they had it at the merch tent and I thought it would be perfect for occasions like this.
