I'm going to bet on social isolation. By all means say what you want, but don't feel compelled to need the last word. As far as we should be concerned, we got that when we decided to exit the interaction rather than pretending the trouser stain on the other end's gibberish deserved a response.

Not to give the rest away, but it takes a severe turn from here, and arrives at the fact everyone has a breaking point and no matter how much you try and stay out drama online, there comes a point where action is required.

I'm not at point 2 yet, but getting there with genocide apologists, quickly.

Unfriended a friend of 20+ years bc of their Islamophobic screed they posted today. They've been doing this for almost 2 years now, but because they are friends with a large part of my social circle, I 'unfollowed' them a year ago. No more. I'm sick of tolerating 'socially acceptable racism'.
