Thank you to everyone that has followed my page so far. I've got so many projects in the pipeline that I'm eager to show people in the future.
I'd also like to announce a new goal for this account. If I get to 250 followers, I'm going to set up public discord for art and gaming.

used to be that teaching life skills like that were taught by family and community (though not very well a lot of the time) but over the past few generations, work and monied interests have encroached on the time set aside for those structures more and more.
Mitochondria being the powerhouse of the cell is cool and all but I think classes like "How to calm the fuck down as an adult in a healthy non self-destructive way 101" is something that should also be taught before graduation

A lot of business owners and executives are very comfortable with this state of affairs, cause it means very few people are going to be asking for raises and bonuses.
I wrote about the stomach clenching reality of work now -- where rolling layoffs are the norm and no one feels secure in their job. Happy Monday! www.axios.com/2025/11/16/r...
It's a rolling layoff world
These silent layoffs are now just a part of doing business.

In tech support it's always that one little thing that just fucks the whole operation.
Cloudflare: 99% of systems are operational!
Uhhh... that's... um... isn't that an important one?

I've never seen a drawing of a crab who really liked Di Niro in "The Untouchables" until now. Bravo

Waymos aren't even cool. It's just a taxi owned by a billionaire who hates you instead of a 50-something guy with an oddly specific rant about local politics.
They have Waymos in the area that I work and I'm torn between "the self driving vehicle is cool af" and "fuck this thing is inefficient in so many ways"
