I wouldn't even mind that much but the VLT was the only good vegetarian one.
It's still October why have we replaced all the supermarket sandwiches with Christmas flavours? 😭

does anybody have a way to contact @fochti.bsky.social other than discord please?
Act 3 feels weirdly stilted. Lots of "go to X to do the thing", "okay, its time to do the thing, go to Y to do the thing", "go to Z to do the thing", "it's just as I thought, I'm going to have to do the thing, but I can't, better go back to X to prepare to do the thing".
Half-assed Silksong Act 3 stream let's goooo. twitch.tv/clockworknet...
(I haven't tried this so I am probably overlooking something.)
Are they already more or less comparable? Truncate the longer bit sequence to make them the same length. Compare as binary integers but invert the result (i.e. the greater integer is the lower value sequence). Break ties by length (i.e. longer bit sequence represents higher value). Does that work?
Suppose I want to do regular cryptic crosswords and support the setters. Suppose I also don't want to support newspapers with a sacred purpose of endangering as many trans people as possible. What are my options?

I would love an Umineko jigsaw in this style. Like, a whole bunch of Ushiromiyas pottering about a mansion, witches lurking in the shadows, miscellaneous weapons, toys, bolt-cutters, candies, tinned mackerel, magic circles, jewellery and golden envelopes.
Finished this with my sister. My Poirot lore is weak so most of the references were lost on me but I very much enjoyed the layout and solving experience. Very readable, lots of variety.
Followup 2: does the same apply for SVGs?
Followup 1: how does one prevent this, short of only opening PDF files on an airgapped machine? Are there safe PDF readers, or settings to lock down readers that are by default unsafe?
Can PDF files phone home? Like, if I download a PDF file and open it in a PDF reader or browser, can it run javascript code and exfiltrate, e.g., information about when I had the document open and which pages I read?
I like the idea of the user serviceability of the Framework laptop but the expansion cards really put me off. They take up so much space and the slots all have confusingly different capabilities. Plus the coloured bezels and expansion cards just don't seem to go with the laptop colours at all.

After waited for months—

These are my artworks those I did for Signalis community artbook that held by amanettc! (You probably seen Falke one before)

I'm proud of these arts, I love the ideas of Signalis girls with their unique yaku from riichi mahjong.

Ooh, I don't think I've seen that idea before, clever!

I've reported it as an issue on their app. We'll see if anything happens.
Apparently not... it's McGills' app and *they* don't support tap-on tap-off on their buses, so presumably that's why it's not a problem on *their* buses.
I *did* use the physical stored-value Tripper card, which avoided this problem entirely, until they discontinued it. Just a terribly designed system. I guess I need to remember to turn NFC on and off all the time.
So there doesn't seem to be a good way to reliably avoid getting double charged unless I disable card payments or NFC entirely. It's just random which triggers first.
I've already turned on "transport payments require confirmation" but it does nothing.
So... Glasgow has multiple different bus companies and they all have different (bad) payment systems. I use a Tripper ticket because it works across several of them and I can pay for one day ticket. It comes as a QR code on the phone... but First Bus combine their QR code reader with tap-on/tap-off.
