Dear Graham,

I am a Maine Democrat from Bar Harbor. I have supported you until now. Your explanation for your Nazi tattoo is plausible, but you could have had it removed any time in the last 20 years - including during this last year or so since you decided to run for (checks notes) the United States Senate (!) - and yet, you didn’t.

If you had, I may have been able to continue supporting you, but it’s too late, now, after you got caught.

We need to be very clear, especially now, with Republicans becoming ever more willing to show their Nazism, that it and its symbology have no place in the United States, not even hidden under a shirt for 20 years.

Drop out now and avoid further damage to our shared causes.
