@nytimes.com See the difference in how this was framed. How much did Trump pay you to put the blame on Biden? And this man was vetted by CIA so before you start pointing finger print the facts

I am at my parents’ house and they just watch CNN all day and it’s wild to me how mainstream news just takes the administration’s word literally on everything. It’s like a very gullible baby is telling you about their day.
This is pathetic example of people who can’t take criticism of any type and the judges are even worse. Unless you prove they are a security threat this is BS. Suggesting you want Medicare for all or that the current president is an idiot should prevent a tour of the tacky house we pay for
Trump judges rule presidents can exile reporters for "wrong opinions" First Amendment stops at Oval Office door. DOJ argued banning citizens from White House tours based on politics is legal. As a veteran who defended the Constitution, watching courts dismantle it for a dictator makes me rage-sick.

I don’t know. A significant loss in the midterms in what are supposed to be safe GOP districts may bring about some humility in the GOP. They hate being in the minority.
Even the right wing hostility will continue unabated in the post-Trump era. All the anti-democratic voices and media pipelines are still in place, if not getting stronger. The political center of MAGA might not hold, but the authoritarian right will evolve and adapt post-Trump.

That it is and HIGHLY predictable. And what officer would want to sit on any court marshal panel knowing they have to do the right thing and still stay in the service. No win situation.

If I were granted a one-use superpower, it would be the ability to fire a deep, complete, and lasting grasp of how legal precedent works into the brains of every single human being on this planet, simultaneously.

And if I had to limited the number of people I could do this to I would start with the 6 conservatives on SCOTUS
Rounds: Senator Shaheen mentioned that Secretary Rubio did make a phone call to us this afternoon. I think he made it very clear that we are the recipients of a proposal that was delivered to one of our representatives. It is not our recommendation. It is not our peace plan.

I wonder which poor Senator gets to try and clean this mess up on the Sunday morning shows. And will Rubio show his face
Can I suggest to the GOP senators don’t go on the record to help clean up this mess. Trump and Witkoff tried to sell out Ukraine to Putin. Trump pressured them to sign a peace plan we now learn is a wish list and it’s still not apparent why we didn’t advocate on behalf of Ukraine

Ok somehow @morningjoe-msnow.bsky.social and @axios.com have two different stories over what is and isn’t the Ukrainian Peace deal. I trust neither of these outlets

I went back to Threads today to see what is happening with that platform. Between FB and Threads they are all over Mark Kelly in particular over the video they did. Lots of veterans responding back to GTH. Both platforms suck

My guess this one and the James case will be thrown out with prejudice. They will have to to back to the drawing board on warrants and what can and can’t be used
Question: what does Bondi do when/if Hallegan gets sanctioned? And the Comey and James cases are thrown out?

Watching #landman season 2. What is it with Taylor Sheridan and batshit crazy women characters. The show would be just fine without Tommy’s wife and daughter

The question is ridiculous, but the smugness in the delivery is what really gets me. Also, Suozzi's namby pamby answer is pretty weak too, so all around good times.
Margaret Brennan to Tom Suozzi: "Can you explain the focus this past week in the House by Democrats on the Jeffrey Epstein files? Is this a tactic to distract from the failure to extract healthcare changes?"

But he voted for the bill. So why attack him. He’s in the House not the senate where they had leverage.
Apparently the lesson Brendan Carr learned from the Kimmel debacle is that he didn't actually have any consequences for abusing his power to violate the 1st Amendment, so he's just going to keep at it.
@andrewweissman.bsky.social Do you believe Maureen Comey was this incompetent and didn’t subpoena the Epstein and Maxwell emails? Blanche lied and never believed they would see the light of day

@appletvupdates.bsky.social Don’t know if I have tagged the right Apple TV. But word of advice. When you wait so long to come with a new season of a program it forces people to watch the entire previous season or give up on season two. Palm Royale is a great example. I’m giving up on S2

They have been promising this since Trump was elected in 2016. They have no plan. No concept of a plan and anything who thinks they can come up with a plan in 10 months when they spend most of their time at home in their new districts they drew is hallucinating
