Beginning to suspect my neighbor is a slug man. He's trying to hide it but the slime trails to and from his apartment, coupled with his insistence that he's allergic to my salted peanuts but fine with the unsalted ones and the 47 heads of lettuce I helped him carry into his apartment sure seem weird

Not much info! There's one paper "Cicindis horni Bruch (Coleoptera: Carabidae, Cicindini): The Fairy Shrimp Hunting Beetle, its way of life on the Salinas Grandes of Argentina by Terry Erwin and Valeria Aschero". Apparently there are glowshrimp in this photo but they're not in focus
