Great game, right up there with X1! Fun stages and bosses, though the back half is underwhelming.

But man, trying to up the ante with this story failed spectacularly. The characters are so nothing, and this is some of the worst VA direction I've ever heard. It's SO bad.

X in Cyber Peacock's stage, running through one of the checkpoints. An orb of data is approaching and the reticle around him is telling him to Hurry Up!

Great story, great design and control, oh it is SO goddamn good, folks. But man does it have issues. Most collectables are a letdown (another bad sword, oh boy!). The reverse castle is cool but it drags. Some of these bosses suck. Final Dracula suuuuuuuucks

In Yoshi's Island, a cave background sparkles, but only when Yoshi moves. This is achieved in an inventive way by making many 1-pixel "pinholes" in the background through which a field of stars is visible. The parallax motion shows the stars intermittently, creating sparkles.
