one of desantis's first moves as gov was to force change the board at NCF. we were the state's honors college with one of the highest rhodes scholar rates in the country. fucking bummer. the mascot isn't even the empty set any more. sad to see a place i loved no longer truly exist.

I genuinely think that, regardless of their intent, actually camping trans people would have insane blowback they're not prepared for. not that it's right, but suddenly a lot of wealthy white people and their families would be in the line of fire. they need status quo to some degree.
