Games as a medium is a combination of so many sense inputs and processes that then get filtered through the user back in to how they play or engage the game. Sometimes I look at my wishlist titles and it overwhelms me. But at the same time there are so many avenues in which one can look interesting.

RPG taking place in the city or modern day world. Battles are represented not with hit points but with time spent talking to people you come across. So for instance you're almost finished whittling the time down, when they bring up a new topic and increase the timer.

RPGs are so fun with their worldbuilding but as an adult with things to do there sometimes reaches a limit with how much I want to take in and experience. I remember being younger and wanting to investigate every line of dialogue. Now sometimes I feel more jaded and spamming 'accept' with townpeople

Theatrhythm and that weird Kingdom Hearts knock off just drives home the point that more long time running series should release works that celebrate their history and craft. I love having so many Final Fantasy works in my hand and tapping buttons along with the music is just fun busywork.

Hot damn
This album is heavily inspired by King's Field, Runescape, Castlevania 64, and The Elder Scrolls: Daggerfall. All songs are made with the Windows GM soundfont because why not

Anyway, here are Gizmo and Shadow who have been helping keep me busy, and thus sane, while the real world flips upside down more and more.

Lately I feel adrift when it comes to hobbies and social media use. There are so many holes to fall down but it also feels imperative to not fully go down holes of entertainment despite so many aspects of varying macro systems being on fire. Sometimes it's like why avoid the circus? Give me bread!

Masked ICE agents, it seems, are now killing American citizens on American streets.

Any Democrat who doesn’t support abolishing ICE should be instantly primaried and run out of the party.

This is non negotiable. You cannot support the continued existence of this fascist murderous secret police.

Realistically, who is the top grossing page on the Play store for? I'm going to assume the App store has it too.. and it just feels like a way to avoid a certain type of paid game.

I went back to Xenoblade One DE after almost two years and find myself falling in love with it all over again. From the outside the MMO systems seem to give off another image than a really hand crafted world with great characters and really neat systems. I'm a sucker for the affinity chart too.

I was going to post about things feeling weird lately but that just seems like a huge understatement. Then I try to think about what a 'normal' might look like and I can't imagine that either.
Misinformation and intolerance have blasted any semblance of what that could be from my reasoning centers.

It's been a hectic and tiring year. Some things went as planned and many didn't but we got these two back in October and they have contributed to the good feels at home.

The PS2 version of GTA San Andreas didn't remove half of the songs from a game you own just because rockstar no-longer has the right to distribute them in new sales.

An iPod doesn't send you ICE adverts

You don't lose access to a DVD when the rights move to a different streaming service

There should be a blanket "Unmute and unfollow accounts" button on here. At times I mute people I'm still interested in during events or other happenings but I still want to see them later usually. Other times, & especially when trimming followings, I want to unmute/unfollow but still discoverable.

Does anyone else find themselves following a number of cool people on socials & then after enough time has passed and pfp changed that you're just looking at a bunch of strangers? Partly this is my fault for not going on here as much lately I guess. But I wonder if people have good pruning systems.
