This is fucking grim. Somebody invented a white guy, an "IT professional" named Edward Crabtree, who stopped the Bondi shooting and spread it all over the internet, which was picked up by AI agents and slop aggregation sites.

The real hero is a fruit stand owner named Ahmed el Ahmed.

Worth noting that passing on your extended family's private details without their consent is also not ok. So people will need to ask their relatives permission to share their phone numbers and emails with the US government... who is going to do that?

Check out this new #JWST image.

It's another stunning view of the deep universe, but in the box at right is a small, red blob.

That's a galaxy in which a supernova was detected in March.

That galaxy is thirteen BILLION lightyears away. It's the oldest supernova found so far.

Hit a bunch of bugs tonight. Usually when the hangar spawns a ship in a death dance, you can just run back to the lobby, store it and retrieve it. This one ate my Argo bags as well.

Also after collecting 48SCU incl. ~15 SCU of quantanium, my ship stopped responding mid-flight :/

Most discussions about “misinformation” treat the problem as if people simply don’t have good enough critical-thinking skills. It sounds intuitive, but it’s not entirely accurate. The problem isn’t just individual ignorance, it’s the structure of the information environment people are placed into.
