Daumantas HATES being lied to. It can be relationship ending for him. Cyril can be more forgiving, depending on the circumstances, but he has a hard time trusting people after being lied to.
How do your characters handle being lied to? Are they forgiving? Does it depend on the lie? #WritingPrompt

Some transgender people see only darkness in front and behind them.

The current climate is especially accelerating this.

Transgender people just want to love the people they love and live their lives as themselves.
Let's all join hands and change the world🫶🌏🫶
Picking up a nearly seven year old project to complete means looking at what I THOUGHT it would be vs what it'll be now and frantically updating all my notes to fix the inconsistencies #amwriting
The Inferni- automata of unknown origin. They're often fought with maces, war hammers, and hand-cannons. Cyril Valentin is terrified of them and he'd prefer not to fight them if he has a choice!
Your characters are preparing to fight monsters in your book's universe. What are they fighting? How are they preparing? #WritingPrompt

When y'all buy from indie authors, it impacts us profoundly. Especially if it goes outside the circle of authors trading a few dollars back and forth amongst ourselves.
I expected to sell 200 copies in the first year in my wildest dreams and it’s wound up selling 4,000 in that time 🥹
I'm happy to announce I will have Last Wolves of Paris in time for the Delaware author fair! With 50 authors, it's the biggest literary event in the state! Come see me and many other authors at the Queen theater, in Wilmington, DE!
Remember kids: Any interaction with a hateful, obvious troll or bot account is a 'good' interation in the eyes of social media. The only way to get rid of trolls and bots is to block them.
This is why I moved. No matter how I voted, no matter how much I worked to move people to vote with me, there was not way to protect myself as a trans person w/o stopping the gerrymandering of the state.
North Carolina Republicans just drew a map giving themselves 11 of 14 congressional seats in our 50/50 state. That’s 79% of the seats for one party.

That’s not representation — it’s a brazen attack on democracy and fair elections.
I think I am kinder to myself now. Its taken a lot of work, but I am able to be gentler towards myself when I know I need to be these days.
Oh, man. I had a year like that in middle school. Part of me wants to cry in a cathartic way reading this. I had something similar happen with trauma- I couldn't remember what had happened to me until I found something that reminded me of it. It hurt, but it was also freeing, knowing what hurt me.
Last Wolves of Paris cover reveal! Release scheduled for Oct. 26th! Historic urban fantasy with a big dash of romance.
C'mon, accept my cover darn you!
Crying silent tears while Ingram approves my physical book 🫠Like, c'mon! I need to order copies for the book fair next weekend!

Want something horror-themed but more fun & campy? There are a few serious themes, but I had way too much fun being corny with this one. I love the silliness of b-horror, so I combined it with the vibes of Tim Burton films. Add a bit of 'slasher' & sexy monsters, and you've got this bit of chaos 💀
Since it's October, I want to share one of my books I haven't talked about in a while. It's a fun Tim Burton fever dream of a queer T4T 'horror' (horror in parentheses because it's got sexy monsters and takes place in the underworld, and has a slasher element). Trans masc x trans masc 💜

Last Wolves is uploaded and I'm awaiting the eproof. The book is smaller than my last one, but a little bigger in scope- I made my own cover this time! It'll be revealed to the world tomorrow!
In my urban fantasy setting, vampirism is a curse. You can't 'catch' it, and you have to accept being a vampire willingly. Vampires tend to group themselves by family/type, with different families having slightly different physical features and unique abilities.
Spooky season is upon us! Tell me about your Vampires 🧛 #WritingPrompt
I work really hard not to repeat names, but it can be tough, depending. I'd imagine historical fiction can be tough, since so many historical figures share first names.
My editor loves him, so this book should be fun for him once I finish it.
