hey remember back in like, 2008-2010 when there was this big push to make pink a "manly" color? there were shirts and stuff that were all "only real men wear pink" and all that

anyways I'm glad that's over so that I can wear pink lol
plz i just want to be a Bennet sister in Pride and Prejudice i want to be Ms Hannigan i want to be Antigone i want to be Titania i want to get up on stage and belt out Defying Gravity

i just want to reclaim my theater kid years with characters who i actually want to play
i need someone this side of atlanta to start a trans theater

like a regular theater where we do regular plays but we’re all trans and we get to wear time-period-accurate costumes and portray classic characters that actually match our gender

and when we do musicals we all voice train together

Tolkien named "Bag End" (Bilbo and Frodo's home) for the literal French to English translation of "cul-de-sac" as a way of poking fun at the English habit of using French phrases to sound sophisticated.

Frodo lived in a cul-de-sac: 'end of bag'.

Remember when I came up with "buttons" to explain executive dysfunction just because I had an argument with my partner about getting things done?

I made an entirely new series for ADHD Awareness Month explaining motivation & ADHD. Coming next week 👀✨

Hey look, Israel broke the cease-fire, twice, in two different ways, within 24 hours - again.
NEW: Israel informed the UN it will permit only 300 aid trucks into Gaza daily, not the 600 mandated by the ceasefire it just signed.

they’re all in, like, new york

give me a deeply tired neurodivergent dork with werewolf powers trying to protect atlanta from malevolent millionaires

or a tamaranian trying to fit in in st. louis while battling interdimensional shapeshifters

Politicians who meet fascists half way, are just fascists.

Newsom is all about publicity & nothing about integrity.

It’s been depressing watching American ppl hero-worship a power crazed sell-out. It’s not just Kimberly Guilfoyle & cosmetic surgery he has in common with the Trumps. READ this:
1. Yesterday, the press gave Gavin Newsom favorable coverage for signing pro-LGBTQ+ bills.

Little noticed, however, was that he vetoed one of the most important ones: a bill allowing trans people 12 month HRT stockpiles, protecting them from federal threats.

Gavin Newsom Vetoes Important HRT Stockpiling Bill For Trans Californians, Signs Other Pro-LGBTQ+ Bills
The bill would have allowed transgender people to maintain a safe supply of medication in the era of government crackdowns on care.

in retrospect that last one may have been a kinda lame generic post and i would like to formally apologize

not deleting it tho
there’s two kinds of storytellers:

“It’s raining in this scene to reflect the protagonist’s emotional state”

“it’s raining in this scene because i mapped out the meteorology of the entire world and the weather patterns would result in an 85% chance of heavy rain in this location on this date”
