This is why I never promote anyone's Substack that would otherwise be of interest to myself and moots/followers.

Just in July, Substack sent out a push notif promoting a Nazi blog (logo and all), so there's more recent evidence than the 2023 statements and how the site is funded.

I know so many people who would never dream of putting their handle to an X account but are perfectly OK with Substack. Not judging, just puzzled. It's obviously a hugely popular and lucrative platform and has some great contributors who do amazing work. BUT ... it still enables Nazis and fascists.

"The Appalachians aren't mountains" is certainly a position you can hold, I guess. Not one that makes you look especially like a rational person, but I guess if you're desperately flailing for a way to gatekeep the concept of skiing then you don't really have any good options.
