He's probably considering the 40 states you have that support child-marriage. There's a lot of American pedophiles who would feel offended if this info was released. . .

It's become quite obvious that Trump & Co. can indeed disregard the laws passed and agencies created by Congress. They've succeed at this multiple times. On the other hand. . .Americans don't seem able to stop them.

It's become increasingly obvious that a portion of your Dems are in on the pro-fascist movement; thus the inaction. That's why they're so pissy at folks like Sanders, AOC, Mamdani, etc; they represent a left-wing movement, that isn't them.

Your pedophile president's dementia is showing again. . .

Congress is too busy protecting pedophiles. Those 40 states that support child-marriage have been cast in a whole new light now.

So, why do UK officers found guilty of crimes get protected with code names?

And then there's the simple fact that countries with more than two parties, do have more political engagement. Sorry, but reality is not on your side on this point.

(Side note: team sports have very effectively learned how to monetize this.)

And that cognitive response, is what reduces a population's motive to do exactly what you're talking about; become educated, and learn, and engage.
So. . . yes, it really does matter.

Look into what happens to our cognition when we're presented with a binary choice, as opposed to three or more. With binary choices our logical faculties decrease, and our emotive responses increase.
Tribal-polarization.

Rephrase it as 'the flow of new customers and workers' and watch the acolytes of growth-based economics change their tune.
"Oh, but of course we want growth. More people buying our stuff, more people working for us."

The fact that Congressional orgies are a thing that can be tracked and said to be increasing in frequency. . . 😬

That would be more a matter of Bluesky's numbers going up, than X's going down though.

Does that also apply in dictatorships that aren't above using violence on non-violent protestors. . . ? 😬

Dox them. Make a list of names, put their comments next to the names, and then support their freedom of speech by spreading that list far and wide. No legal, or employment action taken. . . just awareness of what they said.

Penalties are unlikely. That seems to be the mantra from POTUS all the way down to ICE when it comes to criminal behavior.

Again, reread back. My point was that committing to a strategy beforehand, especially announcing that commitment, is foolishness.
