Huge argument as always, I turned to my dad and said that when I told him I let him know I had told her, and he just turned always pathetically and said he couldn't remember.

realisation 1, my first big betrayal by my dad. 2, they did not try to call/message me, just waited till I got back.

Had a realisation. When moving back home from Uni, I said to both parents I was spending the night with my boyfriend. My mum vaguely acknowledged (foreshadowing) and my dad said make sure to tell her which I said I did. Get back home the next day, I get berated for 'not telling them where I went'>

Crunchyroll subtitling staff are reportedly being forced to abandon their old software and switch to an Isr@eli one. According to anime insider SugoiLITE, most of Crunchyroll's subtitling team used to rely on Aegisub, a free open-source tool popular in the fan and pro communities.

But recently, staff have reportedly been told to stop using it and switch to a cloud-based platform called "OOONA," which is entirely developed in Israel.

This change hasn't gone over well wit many translators. They're frustrated about being forced to use unfamiliar software, especially as it may signal a bigger shift toward Al-assisted translation, something many hoped Crunchyroll had backed away from.
