Classic case of the Times presuming norms: Bannon says there's a plan for Trump "TO BE PRESIDENT in ’28", but the article says there's a plan to for him to RUN FOR OFFICE. Both are illegal but they're NOT THE SAME & it's dangerous to pretend you know which was meant.
