I haven’t paid a power bill in 3 years, PEPCO cuts me a quarterly check, and solar credit sales generates a bonus $2500ish per year.
The biggest technological revolution of our lifetime is underway and it's not AI:
Official data is in this week, and US solar continues to grow rapidly, with generation up 30% compared to last year!

The defining Republican feature is not caring about anybody’s problems but your own. This guy supports every aspect of Trump’s presidency that impacts other people, but using slurs crosses the line.

Also those slurs are still present in regs that Harris would have fixed, but he voted against it.
A top Republican in Indiana, whose daughter has Down Syndrome, just announced he will be voting to block Trump’s gerrymandering after Trump used the R-word to insult people yesterday.

We literally executed Germans after the war for doing what Bradley and everyone else involved did, and the Germans had a better justification (u-boat plausibly being targeted based on info provided by survivors vs.......whatever the hell pete was worried about here)
Given the justification was in part because they might communicate with someone, pete could ask Heinz-Wilhelm Eck and his XO what the law of armed conflict says about that, except oops, the allies shot them dead in 1945 after a trial
WaPo with reporting that Pete gave an explicit order to JSOC during the first strike post impact to immediately follow up in order to, and I quote, "kill them all"

After USAID got cut, I asked GiveWell if @planetmoney.bsky.social could ride along as they tried to figure out if and how to jump into the void. They said yes. They recorded weeks and weeks of deliberations. Here is the episode about it: www.npr.org/2025/11/26/n...

Lots of people sharing this clip because it's funny and cathartic but I also genuinely believe it's important.

We have to win the narrative battle between "I live in a corrupt society and that's just how it is" and "I live in a corrupt society and we are going to defeat and humiliate these ghouls."

The government being more honest is a good thing. Next change should be excising “judge” from their title. They are deportation approvers. They are fired if they do not approve enough deportations.
The Trump administration has begun referring to immigration judges as "deportation judges" in a recruitment push to hire more officials to carry out the president's mass deportation campaign.

TRUMP [after spending 5 minutes with Zohran]: surplus value, it’s a very wonderful thing, very wonderful, and they’re stealing it. Can you believe that?

We’re going to be looking very strongly at the bourgeoisie, what they’re up to

Surely making these degrees more expensive to obtain will solve the labor shortage for SPED certified teachers and SLPs.
Since these will not be professional degrees they will not be eligible for federal aid or subsidies of any kind. note Education is on this list.

If a university did this the Trump admin would use it as a justification to withhold Federal funding.

The disclosure is on the Steam page:

“AI GENERATED CONTENT DISCLOSURE
The developers describe how their game uses AI Generated Content like this: Our team uses generative AI tools to help develop some in game assets.”
steam is apparently allowing "this game had AI in it that it didn't disclose" as a valid return statement, so if you or anyone you know actually paid $70 for slop, get that money back
Insulting to the players, insulting to the IP, insulting to the medium, the developers. And the craft itself. Fuck you executives who pushed this garbage.

It is possible for everybody to be in the wrong. A bsky ban isn’t an infringement on “free speech” and a ban for referencing a Johnny Cash lyric in response to a link about Johnny Cash is dumb. Everybody is wrong.

The Times proving @mtsw.bsky.social’s refrain correct over and over and over and over.

They like Trump and want him to rule us like a king.
Can we circle back to the part where the NY Times never disclosed that they have incriminating information on Donald Trump from sent by Epstein that's been sitting on their email servers for nearly a decade?
Stuff like this makes me wonder why there hasn't been any reporting about Trump having affairs during his presidencies
