Simmer for 20 minutes low heat
When you put the foil on top push your lid down tight and make sure you don’t burn yourself pouring in the boiling water.
Do not TOUCH it look at it yell at it or scream.
Turn it off let it sit for about 5 minutes then use a fork to fluff and it will be perfect.

2 cups of rice / three cups of water.
1 cup of rice 1 1/3 cups of water etc.
Plus or minus dependant on volumes.
Bring water to boil SEPARATE from rice.
Slightly brown rice in pot with a tea spoon oil or butter then add BOILING water into pot quickly cover with with aluminium foil put lid on top
