‘No Wilbur’ (November 2025)

I spotted Miss Charlotte while taking this photo yesterday. She is a smart lady, as she has spun a web in our grandson’s baseball batting net.

When skies darken
clouds steal the day of
the endless blue
heaviness settles upon
your heart, mind, spirit
seek your patch of peace
be the one known to self
for surely the sun
will find you once more
and sing you a rainbow
while skies clear

Soft morning light washes across the #Lavenham fields close to home. It's not been a good year for Barn Owls locally so really hoping for better times ahead moving into 2026.

Shoreline snappery along the east coast at #Covehithe. A rugged location for this part of world, largely due to coastal erosion.

Deer have been walking around the farm again. They tend to munch on garden plants while totally ignoring the fact that they could walk right in to the hay shed. I wish they’d leave my rose bush alone.
