Black and White. 40-50m high granite cliffs have been smashed and eroded by the action of the wild North Atlantic leaving a series of sea stacks scattered in the bay of Wester Wick. The sun glints off the water which stretches to the far horizon.
The granite rocks are part of the Sandsting Pluton, igneous rocks that were formed between 393.3 and 358.9 million years ago during the Devonian period. Another sign of the volcanic history of the Shetland Isles.

Yeah sort of. There's a kind of thing where in Japanese art to a degree they tend to take/create pictures of scenes more than things/objects than we do in the west. Some of his photos are like that.
Plus I'm intrigued what lenses he uses.
