Federal officers are now arresting clarinet players in Honk Bands who are also mothers.
How does this make our country great?
I've tried to lay off the Gestapo analogies, but it appears the First Amendment right to express yourself with costumes and music is now under attack.

At best they are a waste of money. At worst, they are not safe, especially for people who have electrolyte issues

🧵RFK "HIV-doesn't-cause-AIDS" Jr. is now linking circumcision with autism.

This nonsense was posted by his anti-vax group Children's Health Defense years ago, and I looked into it.

This ostentatious Christian with the big cross around her neck is really saying that people who cannot prove their citizenship in an emergency room should be left on the sidewalk to die. And that's what she believes.

Thanks @UltraRunningMag for publishing the article I co-wrote with @hyponaqueen.bsky.social on the harms of IV hydration spas for endurance athletes. At best, these are a waste of money, and at worst, can be dangerous. subscriber.ultrarunning.com/archive/arti.... #ultrarunning #trailruning

It's a tension I face running a small family medicine office. Money isn't our primary motivator, but it is for so many of the companies/insurance companies we are forced to work with. I've really had to silo my thinking in working with them to avoid burnout

Folks who signed the Great Barrington Declaration must be really thrilled to see their guys (Drs Kulldorff, Bhattacharya) holding such senior MAGA/MAHA positions in the Trump Administration, delivering RFK Jr's anti-vaxx agenda, pushing for mass infection instead of mass vaccination (the GBD 'way')

Similar to the folks who pushed back against anti-vaccine legislation, I'd love to hear from pro-vaccine rural physicians about how they are dealing with patients in the office, especially in counties where COVID vaccine rates were very, very low
