One of the things about this study is that a lot of baby and toddler books are written in house, by editors. So the study reveals the whiteness of editorial in kidlit even if not explicitly. Sad to see my royalty statement reveal that while my first and biggest series still sells some in print, not one physical copy gets sold in the UK. Probably haven't for a while. Maybe explains why they've priced the eBook so high?
