Folks look at you like you're crazy when you say we're in the midst of the worst, most unprecedented Article I constitutional crisis in American history, & then, well, it's Tuesday:
I’m sorry, what now?

Also and again, Republicans in Congress are demonstrably okay with everything that’s happening
Breaking News: President Trump wants $230 million from the Justice Department for investigating him, people familiar with the matter say. Any settlement might ultimately be approved by senior department officials who defended him or those in his orbit. nyti.ms/4hmIi5X

So tired, y’all. This whole slow-mo collapse of constitutional democracy while the defacator-in-chief builds a goddamned golden ballroom is just…exhausting.

I’m gonna go eat a bunch of pasta and chocolate, hug a puppy, and fold some laundry before bed.

I'm tired. We're all tired. This isn't hard to understand. You can't inflate prices of basic necessities like food and housing to ridiculous highs while keeping wages at poverty levels, then act surprised when luxury goods/services and large purchases become unattainable or payments unaffordable.

They are trying to normalize cruelty and violence. We cannot allow it.

One person announced an actionable next step: BOYCOTT BLACK FRIDAY

Shouldn’t everyone who marched post that?

I’m just wondering. Just asking.

We are behind the scenes doing what we are doing - I just want to know what the visibility was about.

Hi. I wrote an essay about AI slop: How it feels like an invasive species for the internet. How its boosters describe building a future that’s devoid of craft. How frictionlessness can be nihilistic & how this stuff seems to leach part of our shared humanity out of the world. I hope you'll read it.

The slop is winning.

Reposting this because the crimes against humanity by this fascist regime are mounting up on the daily!

If you agree like many others, please repost as well!

Just because he's acting like he's never leaving is no reason for you to act like he's never leaving.
The thing that broke me isn’t that so many people aren’t aware of what is happening. They know. They just don’t care. They look at the hateful rhetoric and violence and destruction of constitutional law think, “Well, that’s not my problem.” Very few people are actively evil. It’s a lack of empathy.

The first two episodes of the revival of Reading Rainbow have nearly 500,000 views each 🤯

Do you know how cool that is for literacy, for book joy?! We are all worthy of reading, we are all readers 💚

And NOW episode three is out! Take a look, it’s in a book 📚🌈🦋

For my entire existence, at least the parts I could remember, I had done nothing but accept the inevitable. I was tired of it.
One of my uncles died this summer, and now the other has been diagnosed with incurable liver cancer.

This year, friendos. Everything BUT our move needs to go straight in the bin.
He packed his guns to the party, I see.
