I was laid off from Teen Vogue today along with multiple other staffers, and today is my last day.

I’m trying to work, but the job market is difficult. Companies aren’t eager to hire.

I’m definitely in the categories people would call “moochers,” I’m sure. But I’ve been laid off or forced out of every job I’ve had in the past four years, sometimes without reason or explanation. I’m disabled and chronically ill. I rely on the ACA to get any medical care or meds I need.

I work a job, live in a house with 2 other people (both have been recently laid) and have to use my states health care

I literally have to make sure I don't earn too much or I loose Healthcare & I wouldn't make enough with extra hours to cover independent health care

Here's mine: it's impossible for me to afford to live on what this Press makes, even though it's my full time job.

My wife works full time and gets our healthcare.

My mother invested $20,000 over 3 years to get the Press off the ground.

Yeah, that’s the trouble. I know I can guide them in the right direction, but the “how” is more illusive. However, checking character motivations could be really helpful in getting some ideas together, so I’ll try that! Thank you!

I bought diced peppers and minute rice, so the prep took maybe about five minutes. I don’t know why I’m advertising it like it’s a recipe anyone would want to try…but there you go!
