Taking in refugees isn't just a nice thing we do — we have a legal obligation. The 1951 Refugee Convention came about specifically because countries like the US refused entry to Jews who were trying to escape Germany, because the world didn't ever want that to happen again.

That's awesome! I wish more kids got to go to the theater with school.

In my freshman English class in the 90's, we read Romeo & Juliet aloud in class and everyone was assigned roles.

The class clown was Romeo and he got really into it. Stellar casting by the teacher! (I was Juliet's nurse 😆.)
