But let's be clear: the group chat includes a State Senator, a Trump Admin official, and multiple Republican staffers — and some of the worst comments came from folks associated with Mike Johnson, Elise Stefanik, and Mike Lawler.

Yes. Everyone’s “genius, bold, new” take on Superman is the one Siegel/Schuster came up with first, 90 years ago, and rejected because it didn’t work and wasn’t interesting.

For those asking if it’s the same companion book we got in the original Absolute Crisis, it would be no, because the original was about 100 pages. New book will be two and half times larger at 250 pages.

I think that if they had issued Amethyst in a Manga-like format it would have done well. Just a great story with appeal to kids. That original maxi-series was so good.

Saddened to learn that comics writer Christopher Mills has passed. He wrote some very entertaining comics, especially FEMME NOIR and his Atomic Action comics.
