locking every single character's full moveset behind v-trigger is maybe the most ill-conceived mechanical decision i've ever seen from a fighter, not to mention it taking until Arcade Edition for the game to feel at all satisfying to play, a wildly perplexing game on multiple fronts.

I think a lot of it has to do with, alongside an increased awareness of spotting Zionist coding in stories (which should be called out when it pops up of course) there has been a tendency for some to view explictly Jewish stories as inherently Zionist which is, troubling, to say the least!

This event lacked a real identity the previous ones had and really just felt like a prelude the Canto 8, not a bad thing particularly since it was all really fun and the antagonist it set up is intensely intimidating.

58. The Wake (8/10)

A consistently well-written and drawn book but ultimately felt like 9 issues of build up which led to an ultimately rushed and abrupt ending. I was never not enjoying my time with it though so overall a solid read.
