Not to mention the vicious cycle of me feeling lonely and sad and anxious, which means I end up snapping even if I don't mean to, and then I think, "Great, I'm intolerable to be around" and I feel bad asking others to hang out with me when even I don't want to hang out with me. 😔

1) little things still matter
2) the power of a solid meal, a big glass of water, and a good night's sleep
3) remembering how much words of encouragement or a compliment meant after a tough day
4) action is the enemy of despair
5) I can do things through spite

Aside from getting my kid re-enrolled in school w/ support, I'm trying to maintain or make new efforts to connect in real life with local friends. Because I'm aware I'm spending too much time online.

But... coordinating schedules and hangouts is so hard. Becomes a whole nother chore 😫
