Alrighty, being that this account I'm using right now has fallen victim to my ADHD-posting making it a mess, I've started a second account -just- for art: @ruggy-art.bsky.social

I'll repost my stuff over there with this account, but I'm gonna try to contain the shitposting here & see how that goes

BOYCOTT HOME DEPOT. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY. THEY ENDORSE FASCISM AND KIDNAPPING WITHIN THEIR STORES.

BOYCOTT HOME DEPOT!
BOYCOTT HOME DEPOT!
BOYCOTT HOME DEPOT!

PASS IT ON!!
For folks asking if they've made it *inside* a Home Depot yet as the business has clearly just continued letting agents do whatever they want in their lots, the answer is yes. This is from yesterday in Evanston.
My dog's version is "oh no, you're freaking out, so I'll freak out too, come make me feel better" and calming her down does tend to help me feel better too
Having a soft little buddy whose reaction to your existential crisis is "lol I have no idea why you're freaking out, you should pet me or jiggle my toy" is honestly a boon.

Disney tried to take legal action over this sketch. Alexie and his producer nervously went to meet an austere senior legal lady at the BBC. She read the letter and then watched the sketch on tape. Her opinion:

'Fuck them, we're the BBC' and she sorted it all out.

Oh for balls that big in 2025.
Alexei Sayle's Stuff (19th October 1989). A lot more work goes into the production of each episode of Stuff than you might expect.

And now the reply of some angry backyard dogs who feel the need to voice their opinions about it too
Out with the dog and I hear the distant yops of coyotes to the south of us :3
yes!

if someone's a serial abuser and/or a nazi (ie, an inherent danger to anyone they come in contact with) call that shit out, 100%

'horny for the wrong kind of cartoon' is not something worth spinning up the outrage machine over
oooh you have access to the fabled GOAT*

ADHD is just one continuous parade of doing your best to keep up with everything and every week you learn you've forgotten to do something crucial

and then people have the audacity to claim it's because you're not trying. your life flashes before your eyes. you are forced to internalize the reality that you trying your goddamned best is other people's version of "not trying at all"

Works by Janet and Anne Grahame Johnstone, a pair of identical twin sisters who worked (primarily in gouache) by passing their shared illustrations back and forth. Together they illustrated hundreds of ads, logos, and over 100 books, including Dodie Smith’s 101 Dalmations.

After Janet’s death in a 1979 housefire, her heartbroken sister Anne made good on all of their outstanding commissions, and mastered many subjects which had been her sister’s speciality, particularly horses. She worked until 2 days before her death, at the age of 69 in 1998.

I’ve seen just one counter-protester at No Kings San Diego. He’s got a Trump 2024 flag and this guy has been following him around for probably an hour playing Benny Hill and circus music.
submitted my first draft of my behavior chain plan for the assessment in november

i am very nervous about it and am trying to reassure myself that it's because i care a lot about knowing it well, doing it right, and passing this expensive course lol

the through line for so much of Pratchetts work is a feral, unending, burning hate for people who think of other people as things to be used and exploited
the feral hatred of exploitation in me latched onto his books and never let go

and coming across other people who feel the same way has been one of life's little joys
