tron 2.0 is probably even better now cus to play it u gotta run a fan patch with a dated installer to play which rlly gets u in the right mood for lil computer world adventures

i keep seeing AI generated images of the inflatable frogs etc ostensibly representing portland protests. from resist type accounts. why do they feel the need to do that. there are probably over 10,000 publicly available images of that frog and his friends. why are those not good enough

AND ANOTHER THING are we supposed to be shocked the 18-24 demographic didnt show up to a tron movie when disney has done nothing with the franchise during Ares' entire belabored development aside from some park rides and 1/3 of the movie is "Weren't the 80s so cool?" gen x nostalgia.

its like if they made a new star wars where gina carano's character wound up in present day manhattan. you've got a star no one likes with a premise no one wants to see, its not really on the IP is it. a tron movie is probably going to be a moderate hit at best, but ares was sandbagged

"no one was going going to see a new tron anyways" kind of buries that anyone who liked the past two trons doesnt have any impetus to see the new one because "Jared Leto is... Tron in da Real World" has 0 appeal and doesnt really connect to the previous movies.
