Last night's violence at Citywest Hotel will do nothing for the young victim of sexual assault.

People are absolutely right to be angry. It is horrendous that a vulnerable 10 year old girl in state care was not protected. Don't let that anger be directed at other vulnerable people.

Meanwhile in Taiwan the metros were all but silent because it's a cultural expectation that you don't make noise on public transport and people aren't allow eat on them either. Fuckin' blissful and I miss it every day

More recently two older people sitting opposite us were doing this on a packed bus that was held up in traffic (so everyone's patience already on the brink) and the guy had a white dreads pony that was so long and disgusting it was trailing off the floor

Never forget being on a DMZ tour earlier this year and while the guide was trying to explain security protocol and inform us on the history, a bunch of Mexicans were loudly video calling their child back in Mexico
