Sex scenes are almost never "gratuitous" or "unnecessary." You learn things about characters and relationships during sex that you can't really learn any other way, such as whether they're into fisting.

since I've spent so much time on youtube, I've known OF them for a long time, but I hadn't watched a single video until today (the algorithm served me their relationship video, and since I already knew the news from social media I clicked on it out of curiosity 😅)

We are FREE OF THE CONE and both me and the cat are SO HAPPY about this. The one missing eye isn't slowing him down one bit now that the cone is out of the way... life is good 🥹

I have spent almost four full days indoors looking after my cat while he's adjusted to his cone-of-shame life, and I think finally he's doing well enough that I might be able to go to work tomorrow 😅 We've had to reconfigure eating, litterbox, moving around the apartment, FURNITURE... I'm so tired 🫠

My cat had one of his eyes removed today and he has to be coned for almost two weeks 😬 The first few days are going to be ROUGH bc instead of RESTING LIKE HE SHOULD, he freaks out every time he moves & realizes he's coned and then runs around like crazy, banging into each possible corner he can find

Did people really memorize phone numbers before cell phones, or is that just a movie thing?

I was watching some old shows from the 90s and noticed people would just dial numbers from memory - like they'd call their friends or family without looking anything up.
Made me wonder if that was actually normal back then? Did people genuinely have all their important numbers memorized, or did most folks keep a little address book or written list nearby?
